The Vancouver International Children’s Festival Society acknowledges that we create and work on the ancestral, traditional, stolen and unceded territories of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ speaking xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) people and the Sníchim speaking Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) people. We acknowledge the on-going cultural genocides of Indigenous Peoples by Canada, particularly the atrocities committed against children.
