You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting for the Vancouver International Children’s Festival Society on Thursday, November 23, 2023 at 6:00 pm.

TIME: Arrive 5:30pm / Meeting 6:00pm — 7:00pm
LOCATION: The O’Brian Centre for Vancouver Opera, 1945 McLean Drive and Online
NOTES: This is a scent-free space. Also, if you would like to attend virtually via Zoom. Please RSVP with your request and we will send you the meeting links.
Join us to enjoy complimentary refreshments and snacks and to learn about the Society and the upcoming Festival.
Membership fees must be paid prior to the meeting through CanadaHelps. With your minimum $5 membership donation, you are a voting member in the Society that produces the annual Vancouver International Children’s Festival. This enables the organization to satisfy its requirements as a provincially registered non-profit society and entitles you to take part in the Annual General Meeting. If you have donated to the VICFS in 2023 these fees are covered and you are already a member.
