Leadership isn’t always loud or obvious. Sometimes, it starts with a quiet choice: picking which show to see, stepping up to try a new art activity, or offering encouragement to a friend. These small but meaningful moments are where self-trust is built—and where the roots of leadership and personal growth begin to take hold.
