Join us for a real treat when the Vancouver International Children’s Festival makes a very special visit to BC Children’s Hospital on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with a featured performance by Festival headliner Michel Lauzière.

For too many children, a day of learning and laughter is not possible due to illness, injury or physical challenges. Our Hospital Program brings the festival experience to children and their families at BC Children’s Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children and Canuck Place.

Michel Lauzière

Get ready to be amazed and howl with laughter! Michel Lauzière is a true original – an inventor, acrobat, comedian and musician all rolled into one. He has dazzled audiences around the world with his on-stage exploits, including playing classical music with his unique horn suit and popular music with water guns, dishes or anything he can find. Lauzière is a master at drawing his audience into his world of unusual comedy.

The VICF Hospital program is made possible through the support  of Canucks for Kids, Green Shield Canada, the Loyal Protestant Foundation and the Lohn Foundation.
