Kidoodles Art Studio

Kidoodles Art Studio is a new place for kids to interact with art in Burnaby. It offers unique and meaningful arts programming for children ages 1 to 12. Their classes
(clay, draw and paint, clay and sculpt and even Hula dance) expose children to new experiences and allow them to imagine, create, and welcome the arts
into their lives.

 

Family Program at the Vancouver Art Gallery 

Every Sunday, 12 pm to 4 pm, Vancouver Art Gallery

Every Sunday, the Gallery offers unique activities geared towards 5 to 12 year-old visitors and their families including Art Agents, Art Tracks and The Making Place. NB: Gallery admission is now
free every Sunday for children aged 12 and under. January?s activities focus on theKIMSOOJA Unfolding exhibit.

ArtSpace Parents’ Night Out 

Jan 25, 5:30 ? 8 pm, ArtSpace, Burnaby

Enjoy a relaxing evening out while the kids (aged 4–10), enjoy an evening of arts adventures. They?ll get a pizza dinner, a performing arts and a visual arts workshop. $24 per child. PS: ArtSpace
also has loads ofarts-based workshops  (think clay, drama, painting, movement and more) for kids aged 6 months to 12 years of age!

 

‚Ä®Place des Arts Family Day 

Jan 26, 1:30 — 3:30 pm, Coquitlam

Gather up the family and tour four diverse exhibitions. Then participate in a variety of all-ages, drop-in style workshops based on the content and media of the artworks. The Van Goh Café will be
open serving light snacks and beverages. Workshops include: painting on Plexiglas with artist Bill Edmonds?

Art activity with artist Ximeng Guo, and Playful Picture Frames ? make your own frame using board-game pieces. By donation.

 

Shrek The Musical
