Acting for Film (Workshop)

Quiet on the set….Roll sound….Roll camera…Action! Have you ever dreamed of becoming a movie star? Jacques Lalonde and Julianne Christie will teach you the basics of acting for film in this fun and hands-on workshop. Together they have over 50 years of combined acting teaching experience. They will focus on making strong choices, how to develop characters, blocking for the camera, discuss different camera shots and most importantly how to make acting fun! You will read from real scripts and try some improvised storytelling and commercials.

Jacques Lalonde et Julianne Christine vous apprendront les ficelles du métier d’acteur – d’actrice de cinéma dans cet atelier amusant et pratique. Ensemble, ils ont plus de 50 ans d’expertise d’enseignement du métier d’acteur. Ils vous apprendront à faire les bons choix, à développer les personnages, bloquer et discuter différent angles de caméra tout en mettant l’accent sur l’aspect ludique du métier d’acteur! Vous lirez de vrais scénarios et serez  invités à partager votre improvisation d’histoires et de pub.
